CURRENT BODYBUILDING GOALS:

 

Short Term:

UPDATED!

July 2007 - At the end of this month, I will be getting married. After the wedding and honeymoon are over, I will be in full force with my training and diet in order to take to the stage in 2008. Stay tuned for more updates regarding my next bodybuilding competition.

September 2006 - After being in "off season" mode for a few months now, I have packed on about 5 pounds of solid muscle and my strength is through the roof. I have drastically increased my calorie intake and have been able to generate a higher amount of intensity in the gym.

As long as I can keep my body in this state of accelerated growth, I should be able to add another 10 pounds+ of quality muscle to my physique, and that will be a welcomed addition to my current frame.

July 2006 - Due to the fact that I am unexpectedly changing residence within the next 2 weeks and for other reasons out of my control, I will NOT be competing come this September as expected.

As disappointed as I am (as are my fans), I realize that sometimes the responsibilities of life have to take precedence over other priorities. This is the case here. Currently, I am switching back into full "off season" mode to pack on more lean muscle.

One thing is for sure, I will continue to train hard, diet even harder and promise to step on stage displaying my most complete physique ever.

 

March 2006 - I am continuing to train for the INBA Ivkar Cup of Natural Bodybuilding competition. (Visit www.naturalbodybuildingcanada.com for more details!)

I will begin my pre-contest diet for this pro-qualifying competition in mid to late June of this year.

My goal for this contest is to come in at least 10 pounds heavier, hopefully around 187 pounds, but present a physique that is shredded beyond belief.

Long Term:

To continue to improve my physique and become recognized as one of the best natural bodybuilders in the world!

As you can see, I view goal-setting as an important tool for staying on track with my bodybuilding endeavors. I use it extensively not just in the realm of natural bodybuilding, but also in every other aspect of my life. Having goals in mind, writing them down, and making a simple plan on how to accomplish them is the most efficient way to attaining what you seek.
