The Truth vs. Internet Hype

I know, as I am sure you do as well, that there is a ton of information and advice available on the Internet today. Some of it is truthful and well-advised, and some of it (actually, a lot of it) is pure hype and very misconstrued. It can be very frustrating trying to sift through so much conflicting information while trying to decide which theories or methods actually work and are worth trying, and which ones are complete bunk that have been passed around from forum to forum and site to site.
